Hot Forging

Hot forging is a metal forming process performed at elevated temperatures, where heated billets are shaped into desired forms using dies. This process is ideal for manufacturing high-strength, large-size fasteners such as high-tensile bolts and nuts, significantly enhancing material density and mechanical properties to ensure reliability and durability in harsh operating conditions.

Cold Heading

Cold heading is a high-speed metal forming process performed at room temperature, where metal wire is shaped into fastener blanks through impact forming without heating. This process offers high production efficiency, excellent material utilization, and superior surface quality, making it ideal for mass production of standard bolts, screws, rivets, and other fasteners, representing the mainstream manufacturing method in modern fastener industry.

Turning/Machining

Turning and machining processes utilize CNC lathes and machining centers to perform precision cutting operations on metal materials, ideal for manufacturing non-standard fasteners with complex shapes and high precision requirements. This process enables high-accuracy dimensional control and complex geometry machining, particularly suitable for small-batch, multi-variety customized product production to meet specific customer requirements.

Stamping

Stamping process utilizes presses and dies to perform cutting, bending, and drawing operations on metal sheets, primarily used for manufacturing flat fasteners such as washers, retaining rings, and spring clips. This process features high production speed, low cost, and excellent consistency, making it suitable for mass production of standardized flat fastener products.

Quality Inspection & Testing Services

Dimensional Testing

We conduct comprehensive dimensional testing on fasteners using precision measuring equipment to verify diameter, length, thread specifications, head dimensions, and other critical geometric parameters. Ensuring compliance with international standards (ISO 4759, ASME B18.2.1) and customer drawings, our advanced tools including calipers, micrometers, thread gauges, projectors, and CMM guarantee precise tolerance control for interchangeability and assembly performance.

Surface Quality Testing

We conduct comprehensive surface quality testing including visual inspection, roughness measurement, and coating thickness analysis. Using visual examination, microscope analysis, and professional instruments, we identify and control surface defects such as scratches, bubbles, oxidation, and cracks. We also precisely measure coating thickness for plating, blackening, Dacromet, and other surface treatments to ensure corrosion resistance and aesthetic quality, delivering attractive and durable products to our customers.

Mechanical Testing

Tensile, hardness, torque and other tests to verify fastener strength and reliability, ensuring safe performance under various load conditions.

Chemical Analysis

Spectroscopic analysis to precisely measure material element content, ensuring raw materials meet standard requirements and providing fundamental quality assurance.
